Until now, devices locked via Senturo required a passcode set by an administrator to be physically entered to unlock the device. Additionally, IT teams had no direct view into which devices were currently locked or unlocked from the dashboard without manual tagging.

With this update, you can now:

  • View the real-time lock status of any device that is Senturo locked directly from the device table UI
  • Unlock devices remotely with a single click—no password required
  • Delegate unlock capabilities to trusted team members without giving full admin access
