Managing devices across systems shouldn’t slow down IT. That’s why Senturo now connects directly with Incident IQ, giving IT and helpdesk staff instant access to Senturo’s key device actions, right from within their asset view.
The integration adds Senturo action links inside each Incident IQ asset record for devices enrolled in Senturo. These links open secure, mini Senturo interfaces for that specific device— no need to access the full Senturo app.
From within Incident IQ, users can:
Each action panel is isolated to the individual asset, ensuring helpdesk staff can act safely without broader platform access.
Permissions are fully configurable, allowing districts to control which users can view or perform each action.
This integration bridges two key systems, streamlining fleet management and increasing incident response speed.
When a device goes missing or needs to be secured, every click matters. Now, those clicks are made right where your team works.
This release is the first version of our Incident IQ integration. Future updates will expand automation, data sync, and reporting capabilities across both platforms.
We welcome your feedback as we develop version 2. If your team has ideas or requests, contact your Customer Success Manager or email feedback@senturo.com to help shape the future.
The Incident IQ integration is now available for all Senturo customers; setup takes just a few minutes.

Any device enrolled in Senturo and tracked as an asset in Incident IQ. This includes Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android devices.
View last known location, export location history, lock, unlock, or wipe a device remotely, and change the device's status in Senturo. Each action panel is scoped to the individual asset record.
Organization administrators configure which helpdesk users can view or perform each action. A first-tier agent can be given lock access only, without the ability to wipe or view fleet-wide data.
