1. How do I contact Senturo support?

You can reach Senturo support by emailing support@senturo.com. To create or manage support tickets, visit portal.senturo.com. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 EST with out of hours support for those with the Priority Support add on.

3. How do I enroll a single ChromeOS device?

Go to Device Enrollment → Chrome OS → Single Device, enter the device’s serial number, give the device a name, then click Save.Next, on the Chromebook, open the Chrome Web Store and add the Senturo Chrome OS extension from app.senturo.com. Once the extension is installed, restart the Chromebook. The device should appear online in Senturo within a few minutes.Step-by-step »

4. How do I bulk-enroll ChromeOS fleets?

Go to Device EnrollmentChrome OSMulti Device, then download the provided CSV CSV template. Enter each device’s Name and Serial Number, save the file, and upload it back to the Multi Device page.To complete enrollment, install the Senturo Chrome OS extension on each Chromebook (as with single-device setup) or deploy it automatically through your MDM. 5. How do I enroll a single Windows device?

Go to Device EnrollmentWindowsSingle Device, enter the device’s serial number and give the device a name, then click Save.Next, download the Windows installer (.msi) and run it as an Administrator. 6. How do I bulk-enroll Windows fleets?

Go to Device EnrollmentWindowsMulti Device, then download the provided CSV template. Fill in the template with each device’s Name, and Serial Number, then upload it and click Save. Next, deploy the Senturo agent .msi installer using your preferred method, such as Intune, SCCM, or another deployment tool. 7. How do I enroll a single macOS device?

13. How do I add another admin or viewer?

Go to Account Settings ▸ Role Management ▸ Invite User, enter the email, pick a role (Group Admin / Admin / Analyst / Viewer) and send. The invitee sets a password on first login. Guide »

14. How do I delete my organization account?

To request deletion of your organization, please contact support@senturo.com. Include your organization name, confirm that you are the account owner, and specify that you wish to permanently delete the account. Organization & grouping

15. How do I create device groups?

Go to DevicesFiltersGroups, then click Create new group. Enter a group name, click Save, and you’re done. Guide »

16. How do tags work?

Tags are customizable labels you can create and assign to devices for organization and filtering. They can include colors for visual clarity and are useful when building filters, or managing device groups.

Privacy & security

17. What privacy controls are available on macOS?

macOS requires manual user approval for certain system permissions, even when managed. After installing the Senturo agent, users must approve permissions like Full Disk Access, Screen Recording, and Location Services via System SettingsPrivacy & Security. Guide »

18. How long does Senturo keep my data?

Senturo retains data for the following durations: Locations, Screenshots, Remote Lock/Wipe for 30 days; Admin Activity Logs 365 days; Audit Logs 365 days. Policy »

19. What is Privacy-First Geotracking?

Senturo’s Privacy-First Geotracking gives organizations flexible options for location tracking while protecting user privacy. You can choose full real-time tracking, enable “missing mode” so location is only revealed when a device is marked lost, or require dual-admin approval before location data can be accessed. At the same time, protections like geofencing and IP monitoring continue to run in the background.

Troubleshooting

20. Why haven’t I received any tracking data yet?

New devices may take up to 15 minutes. If nothing appears, ensure the agent service is running, and outbound traffic to api.senturo.com is allowed. Checklist »

21. My Chrome devices aren’t activating, what should I check?

Make sure the correct Organizational Unit (OU) was selected during deployment in the Google Admin Console. Guide »

Removal

22. How do I uninstall Senturo?

On Windows, uninstall the .msi. On macOS, delete the application. On iOS and Android, uninstall the app. On ChromeOS, remove the extension.
